Muriel Asseraf is a journalist based in Sao Paulo Brazil. Prior to moving to Brazil, Muriel worked in AJC's Office of Government and International Affairs where she focused on North Africa and the Middle East. Muriel has also worked at the Center for Strategic and International Studies in Washington, and for various written publications and broadcast news networks. Muriel holds a Master in International Affairs from Columbia University, and a B.A. in French Linguistic from the University of Paris III-La Sorbonne Nouvelle. Muriel is originally from France.
